Return Policy
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We will happily give you store credit, however, we do not provide refunds. You may return your item by UPS or Fed Ex. All merchandise must be in its original condition with the receipt of purchase. We are not responsible for any shipping and insurance costs involved with the return. If your return product has been worn or is not in its original and undamaged condition no credit will be given. Please e-mail customerservice@candaceromeo.com to receive return address information.

Sales Tax
South Carolina residents are required to pay sales tax on all purchases.

Shipping
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the product to be shipped. We ship all orders via UPS ground. Candace Romeo Handbags & Accessories are made from the finest leathers from all over the world. Each pattern is cut by hand and individually sewn. The craftsmanship is outstanding, so please allow my team of artisans time to do their work which is the upmost importance. You will be very please that you waited.
